We worked with Steve Cabana to locate a house and also stay within our budget.  We checked out places from York County and as far north as Oxford County.  Steve was prompt in providing disclosures and any additional info on each house which interested us.  The houses we were serious about perusing Steve would arrange a day and time to go preview the house for us and provide detailed room by room description and observations.
